Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• An uncut unboxing video is mandatory

• The video must clearly show the unopened package, product, and issue

• Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without an uncut video cannot be accepted.
